Planning Permission

Without the correct permissions in place a Local Authority, Building Inspector or Planning Officer can order works to stop. In extreme cases work that has already done can be ordered to be taken down and the building returned to its original state.

Therefore it is vital the correct permissions are in place, and that the permissions are in place before any relevant works or any elements of the works that may be pertinent to planning take place.
