Fast Helicopters are located at Shoreham Airport, Sussex and prior to July 2003 were running their operation for Private Pilot's Licence training, pleasure trips and charters. They had the opportunity to move the operation from Portakabins into their hangar and required purpose built offices to accommodate themselves and other related companies. | |

Sabre Telecommunications needed to move from their original premises in a traditional building with ageing facilities, into a new, modern unit. The unit chosen was a shell into which offices were fitted including a mezzanine floor. Partitions, electrical and plumbing services, carpet and decoration were also required. | |
