Not only is the way we all work changing at a previously unseen speed but the equipment we use has also changed. Computers are more user friendly, new keyboards and mouse designs are helping decrease muscular strains, LCD monitors are easing eye strain & of course seating is assisting the body in keeping its posture whilst at the workstation.

A correct working environment is crucial in trying to ease these problems. For example, the height of desks can now be adjustable - allowing you to stand whilst still working. New lighting standards eliminate reflections on monitors reducing eye strain. The keyboard and mouse can now be cordless allowing more flexibility in how you operate at your desk.
